Iceland 2021

It took a bit to learn the traffic signs in Iceland. I think I should have studied them before trying to figure them out while I was driving: No passing. I didn't figure this one out until today. Good thing I didn't pass much on the windy roads! One way traffic Speed limit ends NO TRACTORS!!! We saw these EVERYWHERE in towns and the city! We thought it was so funny! No parking Do not enter Speed was controlled with cameras. If you're speeding, they take a picture of you and your license plate and you get a ticket! They are very strict about speeding in Iceland because the roads are so steep and windy. When you leave a town, this sign is there with the name of the town on it. The same sign is used when you enter a town, except the red line isn't on it.  A lot of falling rock warning signs!! Loose rocks on road was also a very common sign. Watch for sheep on the road.
